Activities for Students
Our schools liaison team provides a variety of activities for school and college groups who are considering higher education. We offer events based at our campuses in Nottingham and can also visit your students at their school or college. We currently have links with schools as far apart as Bristol, London, Newcastle, Belfast and the Isle of Man, and welcome enquiries from all over the United Kingdom.

Presentations and Workshops

We have an extensive range of presentations and workshops covering various aspects of higher education for students in years 11 to 13 and their parents. These can be delivered within your school or college, or incorporated into a visit to The University of Nottingham.

Onsite Events
- The University of Nottingham organises four open days each year, as well as smaller events such as subject taster days. Individual schools and colleges can also arrange a personalised onsite visit to one of our campuses for a group of their students.

UCAS Fairs
- A representative from The University of Nottingham will attend most of the UCAS fairs which are run throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. These events can give your students the opportunity to collect prospectuses and talk to representatives from many universities.

Higher Education and Careers Fairs
- If you are planning to hold a higher education or careers fair in your school, a member of the schools liaison team may be able to attend. Please contact us with the date of your event to check our availability.
Podcasts
- To provide students with an informal way of receiving information from us, we've created several podcasts which discuss personal statements, student finance and choosing a course and university. The podcasts include advice from our schools liaison team and can be listened to either on a computer or uploaded to an MP3 device.
