Our support services include providing help with everything from financial and health issues, to childcare. A sample of some of the key University services are listed below and more information can be found by clicking on the relevant website.
University Health Service
- Provides medical services for students and their families who are eligible for National Health Service care
- International students who are pursuing a full-time course are also able to register with the NHS during their studies
- Specialist advice available from visiting consultants
- Free in-patient care available during term time for students who have joined the In-Patient Unit scheme
- Patients can consult same-sex doctors

- Offers services under the National Health Service for students and their families
- International students who are pursuing a full-time course are also able to register for dental care

University Counselling Service
This free, confidential service is available to all students and staff. The service is based in the Trent Building, University Park Campus and is also available in the School of Nursing at Boston, Derby, Lincoln, Mansfield and Nottingham, and at the Sutton Bonington Campus.
